shā mò (沙漠)
DE: shā mò (沙漠) gibt uns einen Einblick in die Schulzeit der jungen Musiker aus Shanghai, China. Während des Studiums hier in München wurde die Identifikation mit dem Heimatland immer schwieriger, sowohl politisch als auch sozial. Jedoch bringt das Schwelgen in gemeinsamen Erinnerung aus der Schulzeit eine neue, schöne und fast mythische Verbindung zur Heimat. Mit unbewusst eingesetzten Elementen aus der chinesichen Folks Musik, wird shā mò (沙漠) ein Set vorstellen voller lauter Gitarren, persönlichen Anekdoten und aufbauender Spannung. Das erste Album wird im späten Sommer zu uns kommen.
EN: shā mò (沙漠) gives us an insight into the school days of the young musicians from Shanghai, China. During their studies here in Munich, identification with their home country became increasingly difficult, both politically and socially. However, reveling in shared memories from school brings a new, beautiful and almost mythical connection to home. Using elements of Chinese folk music unconsciously, the four-piece band shāmò (沙漠) will present a set full of loud guitars, personal anecdotes and building tension. The first album will be released in late summer.
