SCROTUM CLAMP
THE BAND
UK and Norwegian based Scrotum Clamp have been playing their form of frenetic Cabaret Punk since 1987, when they formed while studying jewellery making at College. The current line-up includes Jehovis (vocals), Witchy P (bass), Big 1 (guitar) from South London, Bunny (drums) from a rabbit hutch in Worthing and Scratchy (violin) from the wilds of Norway. They have played more gigs than lies told by politicians. And unlike some politicians we could mention, they have been welcomed to play gigs and festivals across Europe. No one quite knows what to expect at a Clamp gig, including the band, but to date we have had no formal complaints.
THE GIG
Every year since 2014 (apart from the obvious one), UK and Norwegian based Cabaret Punk band Scrotum Clamp have played Munich as part of their annual participation in Munich Jewellery Week. Yes, they are all jewellers, and more importantly, they are all punks! This yearly event has gone down in local folklore due to its consistent high octane, entertaining and frenetic atmosphere. This year they return to play with two fantastic Munich based bands, All My Monsters with their powerful and unique take on Indie Rock, and Troubadix Rache, who will be getting the party going with their massive massive ska sounds. There will of course be prizes to be won!
ALL MY MONSTERS
Die Münchner Band „ALL MY MONSTERS“ spielt Indie Folk Rock.
Zwischen Sixties-Melodien, Independentattitude, elektrischen und akustischen Momente unter dem großen Sternzeichen des Rock´n`Roll finden sich Songperlen, Spielfreude und Originalität.
Der Klang der Band ist eine Reminiszenz an die analoge Rockmusik der 60/70er Jahre bis hin zu Indie und Garagerock und modernem Folkpop.
Als Trio zieht die Band mit Singersongwriter Yeti Teutsch das Publikum durch seine atmosphärischen und dynamischen Live-Acts in den Bann.
Das ist Independent Folk Rock im Jahre 2026.
Der musikalische Bogen spannt sich von knackigen Gitarrenriffs über soulige Countrysongs, verträumt poetische Balladen bis hin zu wildem Surfrock. Die Texte erzählen von Liebe, Mut und Passion, aber auch vom Abenteuer des Lebens und der Macht der Fantasie. Direkte und raue Gitarrenklänge wechseln mit gefühlvollem Gesang, untermalt von einer kraftvollen Rhythmussektion bestehend aus Seppo Schöne (Bass) und Marcel Renault (Drums).
